This is brand new factory sealed. The one in the picture is one of mine that is the same shade and my ex lost the cap so it dried up a bit. The new unopened ones are liquid and creamy. They stay on until you use a makeup removing balm, They are durable. When they came out they retailed for $99.00 and they had 5 shades. This is the only one I still have brand new not opened.
